You may also send or receive Yahoo!, AOL, or MSN Instant Messages via its built-in Instant Messenger, activated through Sprint Messaging Add-on Plan Feature. Through this plan, you can also send and receive text and multimedia messages using your LG Rumor LX260 Green.

It has a 1.3-megapixel digital camera (1280 x 960 Pixels Max) with flash, self-timer, digital zoom capacity of up to 2x. Because of its multimedia streaming support, you can use your phone to watch from Sprint TV, download multimedia files from Sprint Music Store and PC, or play MP3 and other audio format files with its add-on MP3 player. LG Rumor LX260 Green also allows easy file transfer via Bluetooth wireless technology--with headset and handsfree option—and supports SDAP, DUN, SPP, OBEX, OPP, SDP, PBAP, GOEP, and FTP profiles.
Enjoy video recording with its camcorder that has up to 2x digital zoom capacity, though the video length is limited to the memory card capacity.
